Welcome to The Artisan Hub. By accessing our studio resources, purchasing our artisanal tools, or participating in our workshops at our New York location, you're agreeing to the following framework. We don't believe in fine print that hides the truth; we believe in clear guidelines that protect both the artisan and the educator.
1. Artisan Accountability
When you join a workshop or purchase specialized DIY supplies from The Artisan Hub, you're entering a community of makers. We're providing the best 70-32 48th Avenue quality materials, but the mastery? That's on you. We expect all participants to follow safety protocols strictly. Your safety is paramount when working with heavy machinery or wood-finishing chemicals.
Did you know we've hosted over 500 successful workshops without a single major incident? That's because our rules matter. We're here to help you build, not just buy.
2. Intellectual and Creative Property
The blueprints, techniques, and specialized course materials shared at The Artisan Hub are the result of years of craft development. You're free to use what you learn to create for yourself or your clients, but we ask that you don't redistribute our artisanal curriculum as your own. That's just good form, isn't it?
3. Workshop Cancellations
Crafting takes preparation. We source rare timber and specific finishes based on booking numbers. Therefore, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for workshop cancellations to receive a full credit. We aren't being difficult; we're just ensuring no materials go to waste.
4. Digital Access
Our website exists to foster a digital extension of our physical hub. While we strive for 100% uptime, technology occasionally has its own ideas. The Artisan Hub is not liable for temporary outages of our supplies catalog or journal entries.
